FARNHAM

We are located in the Woolmead parade of shops on East Street on the right hand side as you come into Farnham town centre.
There are several town centre car parks within a few minutes walk of the shop.

KEIGHLEY

111-115 CAVENDISH STREET, KEIGHLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE BD21 3DG
We are located on the outskirts of the town centre, near the bus station, and directly opposite the college. There is some on road parking nearby, as well as various town centre car parks.

OPENING HOURS:

Opening hours for both shops are:
MONDAY-SATURDAY 10AM - 5PM
SUNDAYS - CLOSED

It is sometimes possible to arrange out of hours viewing in Farnham (early evenings, Sundays and Bank Holdiays). Please speak to Terry at our Farnham shop on 01252 727412 if you are interested.

DELIVERIES:

UK Wide delivery (mainland only) £25
See below for delivery costs for locations within 20 miles of Farnham or Keighley.
For Scottish Highlands and off shore locations such as Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, etc please contact us for delivery costs.

Local delivery charges are as follows:
Within 10 miles of Farnham (eg. Guildford, Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot, Alton, etc) or Keighley. £10
Between 10 and 20 miles of Farnham (eg. Basingstoke, Camberley, Woking, etc) or Keighley. £15
Between 20 and 50 miles of Farnham/Keighley, outside the M25. £25

RETURNS

If you choose to return any items, we will provide you with a full refund for any un-opened goods, less the cost of delivery (note where free delivery has been chosen, there will still be a charge to reflect the cost to Rainbow Wood of the original delivery) and collection (unless you choose to return them yourself). Where any flat pack items have been opened, these items will be refunded less a 25% fee to reflect the fact that these can no longer be sold as new un-opened stock. The refund will be made once goods have been received back by Rainbow Wood. Whilst we will make every effort to collect the goods as soon as possible, depending on location this may take several weeks.

All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
